Bombay Sapphire Gin

Gin is generally a clean, fresh tasting drink, and you can make a lot of mixers from it (usually focusing on citrus or other fresh flavors). I prefer to drink it straight... and I've never really understood the obsession with gin and tonic.

I recommend storing this in the freezer; the cold mellows it and makes it a little "thicker" (actually just more viscous) and smoother.
