I got this mostly on a lark, and yes, I admit it... the name was a significant part of my decision :) What can I say, I'm amused by farm animals.

If you were to judge from the label, you might be perplexed by the absence of any reference to what was blended to produce it... I certainly was :) It turns out it's mostly Shiraz.

Description / Instructions / Review

Overall neither impressive nor disappointing; it's maybe worth a try if you're trying to explore wines from "unusual" parts of the world.

Warning: if you're a real wine snob you probably won't be happy... for example, the bottle I got was a screw-top :) I suppose that's allegedly on the rise these days, but I imagine purists still won't be pleased.
