Chateau St. Jean makes one of my favorites, and seems to have done a better balancing act on the fruitiness and dryness than many of its competitors.

Description / Instructions / ReviewThis wine balances a lot of things at the same time, which is hard to do at its "just above medium" price level (around $11 for a bottle). I tend to like my Chardonnay a little on the dry side, and I like to taste the fruit but not be bombarded by it; this wine lives up to my expectations.
