Description / Instructions / Review- 1/3 cup water
- 2 heaped teaspoons greek coffee - 1 level teaspoon sugar - place all ingredients in a small metallic coffee pot called “briki” in greek (you can buy one at a greek store) - place “briki” on a hot surface - stir well until it starts foaming - pay close attention as it will rise - remove from heat before it overflows and serve (note: do not stir after serving / residue is supposed to collect at the bottom and is not to be consumed) |
