Warre's Warrior Portogood general purpose portsweet fortified wine (port / porto)Some people just don't get along with most sweetened wines, but almost everyone can agree on port. It's great for drinking alone, with desserts, or cooking, and this particular bottle is also pretty good given its $12-15 price.

Description / Instructions / ReviewPort is a sweetened fortified wine. That is, it has sweeteners and alocohol added to it during the fermentation process to make it more potent both in flavor and in alcohol content.
Warre's is pretty mild, and should appeal to just about anybody (even people who aren't particularly fond of most sweet wines). |
