You may only submit items for which you have permission. This means you may not post images or text belonging to other people without their permission. efoodi takes no responsibility for verifying the copyright status of the materials you submit.

By submitting material to efoodi, you grant efoodi the non-exclusive right to store, modify, and display your materials.

You may not submit obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Use of an efoodi account for commercial or advertising purposes is forbidden. You may not use efoodi to post advertising material, nor may you use efoodi to send solicitation material to efoodi members.

efoodi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, in part or in whole, at any time for violation of these terms, or for any other malicious, abusive, or illegal activity.

efoodi reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time and without advance warning.
