Ingredients- 1 lb turkey breast, cut in stripes (Chinese style)
- 3 tblspoons olive oil - 1/2 cup warm water - 1 tblspoon basil, minced - Salt and pepper to taste - 150 ml cooking cream Directions- In small saucepan (about 9 inch), heat up oil
- Sauté turkey for 5-7 minutes, stirring - Add salt and pepper, stir - Add water - Place lid, lower heat to medium, and simmer (about 10 -15minutes), or until water has evaporated and meat is tender - Add basil and cream, stir for 2 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or baked potato (see link) |
