Ingredients- 10-12 oz Light Original Digestive Cookies
- 200 ml light cooking cream - 16-20 oz light cream cheese - 2+4 tblspoons (heapped) marmalade of your liking Directions- break up cookies into small pieces and mix well with cooking cream
- spread cookies mix on bottom of cake platter - using a mixer, mix cream cheese and 2 tblspoons marmalade - spread mix over cookies base - using the rest of the marmalade, either make shapes on cheese or simply spread it over evenly. - place in freezer for 10-15 minutes, if in a hurry, or refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving note: I did not cover mine in photo so that you could see the different layers. |
