Cheese, sauteed ("Saghanki" in greek)spiced up cheese5-7 minutes / as many as you want- makes a very good starter

Ingredients- cheese of your liking, sliced (1/2 inch thick)
- 1/2 lemon - black pepper - frying oil Directions- to avoid a melt down in the frying pan, if your cheese in not very hard, slice and freeze it prior to sauteing.
- heat oil and place frozen cheese slices in pan. - when bottom side golden brown, turn over and repeat. - place in plater and sprinkle with lemon juice and black pepper |
