Ingredients- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 granny smith appples, sliced - 3 tblspoons oil - 2 tblaspoons mustards with seeds in it - 1/2 cup red wine - 1 cup vegetable stock - 2 tblspoons parsley, minced - use salt only if you are not using vegetables cubes to make vegetable stock optional: you may use a sauce of your choice (such as ketchup), mayonnaise, worcestershire etc.) as a filler Directions- saute onions and apples, over high, stirring, until onions golden brown
- Add wine, mix - Add mustard, mix - Add vegetable stock, cover and cook until most of liquids have evaporated. Mix with filler sauce if you choose to use such |
