Ingredients1 pizza dough (see link to make your own)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1/2 cup tomato paste 1/2 cup onion 1/2 cup green pepper DirectionsIf you've made your own dough, roll it out into a thin circular or rectangular sheet (about 1/2 cm thick).
Spread the tomato paste in a uniform layer over the dough. Dice or chop the vegetables and spread them over the dough, pushing them into the dough slightly to help fix them in position. Cover the dough with shredded cheese, making sure to leave a small margin toward the edge to avoid the cheese melting and flowing off the sides. |
