IngredientsMeat Dressing – velvety whole tomatoes, herbs and spices
- 2 onions, sliced - 4 garlic cloves, whole - 4 tblspoons oil - 1 can (16 oz) whole small tomatoes/tomationos, peeled - ½ teaspoon (level) paprika - ½ teaspoon (level) garam masala spice - 1-2 twigs of marjoram or parsley - 1 small twig of rosemary Directions- sauté onions and garlic in oil, for 3-5 minutes,or until golden brown
- add tomatoes and juice from can, sauté for 3-5 minutes - add herbs and spices, cover pot and cook, over low, for about 20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Serve over cooked meat. |
