easy fruit cobbler

30 min / 12 servings

This is a super easy cobbler. Adjust the amount of sugar based on how sweet the fruit is - if the fruit is not sweet add up to an extra 1 & 1/3 cup of sugar.

Fruits to peel: apples, peaches, pears etc.

Fruits not to peel: plums etc.

The order the batter is poured into the pan is important!!!
butter, then batter, then fruit!!
