Ingredients- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 heaped teaspoons dry mustard - 1 green onion, chopped - 1 stalk celery, chopped - 2 cloves garlic minced - 3 tblspoons olive oil - salt and black pepper to taste - 2 slices bread (w/o crust), chopped - place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Note: for a thicker, or not so thick, consistency add or skip bread slices. Directions |
