Spare ribs BBQ-ed

pork spare ribs (BBQ-ed, broiled,grilled) and sauce

30 minutes / 2-4 servings

Ingredients

- 1 lb spare ribs
- salt and black pepper

for the sauce
- 4 tblspoons “oyster & spring onion” sauce (by Blue Dragon) or any other similar sauce
- 4 tblspoons orange juice
- 2 tblspoons Aunt Jemima light syrup


Directions

Sauce

- Mix well all ingredients

Ribs
- Season ribs with salt and black pepper
-BBQ or grill or broil one side
- When done, paste over cooked side sauce, turn over, paste over uncooked side sauce and finish cooking.
- Serve with left over sauce on the side
