Ingredients- 1 lb spare ribs
- salt and black pepper for the sauce - 4 tblspoons “oyster & spring onion” sauce (by Blue Dragon) or any other similar sauce - 4 tblspoons orange juice - 2 tblspoons Aunt Jemima light syrup DirectionsSauce
- Mix well all ingredients Ribs - Season ribs with salt and black pepper -BBQ or grill or broil one side - When done, paste over cooked side sauce, turn over, paste over uncooked side sauce and finish cooking. - Serve with left over sauce on the side |
