Ingredients- 2 fish fillets
- olive oil (a thin layer at bottom of pan if you fry) - salt and a generous quantity of black pepper - tartar sauce, or lemon juice, or garlic dressing (see link) Directions- if you fry, cover bottom of pan with oil, heat oil, over medium, in a skillet or frying pan
- season fish with salt and pepper - cook one side and then the orther until golden brown when ready to serve, sprinkle over some lemon juice, or serve with tartar sauce or garlic dressing |
