fish fillets with lemon jiuce, or tartar sauce, or galric dressing

easy to make and tasty

in photo, one fillet is with lemon juice and the other with garlic dressing (garlic bread spread)

Ingredients

- 2 fish fillets
- olive oil (a thin layer at bottom of pan if you fry)
- salt and a generous quantity of black pepper
- tartar sauce, or lemon juice, or garlic dressing (see link)

Directions

- if you fry, cover bottom of pan with oil, heat oil, over medium, in a skillet or frying pan
- season fish with salt and pepper
- cook one side and then the orther until golden brown

when ready to serve, sprinkle over some lemon juice, or serve with tartar sauce or garlic dressing
