IngredientsBoiled potatoes
- 1 lb small potatoes - garlic spread (see link) Directions- boil potatoes in plenty of water until soft (about 40 minutes)
- peel them (or not) and slice in half (or more if they are big) - place in oven proof platter and spread over melted garlic spread (1/2 cup) - grill in oven for a few minutes until golden brown. |
