Ingredients- ½ lb asparagus (about 20 stems)
- garlic spread (see link) Directions- Clean asparagus and cut off and throw out hard part of stems
- Place them in a platter, cover with plastic film and microwave, on high, for 5 minutes (or boil is microwaving is not for you) - Pour over melted garlic spread and serve |
