Ingredients- 1lb colorful pasta
sauce - 4 tblspoons olive oil - 1 small onion, chopped - 1 clove garlic minced - 3 tblspoons minced parsley - 4 tblspoons grated parmesan cheese Directions- boil pasta in salty water for about 10 minutes
- in saucepan, saute olive oil, garlic, onion and parsley for 5-7 minutes, stirring - add parmesan and stir for 1-2 minutes - after you drain water out of pasta, mix pasta and sauce. - sprinkle over some more grated parmesan cheese and some fresh minced parsley. |
