Salmon and veggies in white sauceSalmon, celery, red bell pepper, dill or fennel15-20 minutes / 2 servingsa tasty dish

Ingredients- 1 large salmon steak (skin and bones removed), cubed
- 1-2 tblspoons olive oil - 2 stalks of celery, chopped - 1 red bell pepper, chopped - 1 tblspoon dill or fennel, minced - 2 tblspoons white wine - salt and black pepper to taste - 100 ml thick cooking cream - 4-6 tomatinos (optional) Directions- sauté salmon in oil, stirring or turning until golden brown, 4-5 minutes
- remove salmon from pan - sauté celery, bell pepper and dill or fennel, stirring for 3-4 minutes - add salmon, salt, black pepper, tomatinos and wine, stir - add cream, stir for 1-2 minutes |
