Ingredients- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup cornmeal - ¾ cup beer - 3/4 teaspoon (level) cumin - ½ teaspoon salt - ½ teaspoon black pepper - 1 tblspoon dill, minced - frying oil (about 1/2 cup) Directions- mix all ingredients well
- heat up oil in frying pan - using a tablespoon, pick up batter and drop (softly) in frying oil (one at a time, one layer only at a time) - fry until golden brown, turn over using a fork and repeat - remove from pan and place on thick paper napkin to remove excess oil |
