Really Simple Chocolate Sauceeasy and versatile sweet sauce10 minutes, makes half a cup (scales easily)Chocolate sauce turns up all over the place, and can form the basis for many dishes. You can easily alter this recipe to make a frosting by thickening it with more sour cream, or you can thin it with cream or milk to make a chocolatey syrup.
This recipe uses a "double boiler"; if you haven't tried it before, it's really easy, I promise (check out the link). [0 / 0 found this useful , viewed 421 times]
