Yogurt and Honey

This is so easy it barely counts as a recipe. You can easily vary it by mixing in fruits or nuts (hazelnuts are popular for this purpose in Greece).

I recommend using Greek yogurt for this (you can get "Fage" brand greek yogurt in America now without too much difficulty); it's a little more bitter and thicker, and allegedly healthier too.
