Yogurt and Honeysimple classic greek dessert1 minute / serves 1This is so easy it barely counts as a recipe. You can easily vary it by mixing in fruits or nuts (hazelnuts are popular for this purpose in Greece).

Ingredients1/2 cup fresh yogurt
1 tablespoon honey DirectionsPour the honey over the yogurt. If you like, you can stir it up to make a smooth blend, but I personally like it with a little texture so I eat it as is.
