Ingredients3 eggs
1 c. sugar or brown sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 2 c. pecan halves 1 tsp vanilla 1 9 in pastry shell DirectionsBeat eggs and sugar until thick, add syrup, half of nuts and vanilla. Pout into pastry shell. Top with remaining pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. take out, will be a bit loose, let it cool and it will firm up (1-2 hrs)
