Ingredients- 4 tblspoons corn oil
- 4 slices ginger root - 1 lb frozen vegetables - chinese style - 3 tblspoons black beans sauce - 1-2 cups cooked rice (see link) Directions- heat up oil in frying pan or wok
- sauté ginger root slices until golden brown on both sides - remove ginger root from pan and add frozen vegetables - toss and stir for 4-5 minutes - add sauce, stir for 1-2 minutes - add cooked rice, mix well and remove from heat |
