Ingredients- 1 lb pork, cubed
- ½ cup olive oil - 3 garlic cloves, chopped - ¾ cup fresh lemon juice - salt and pepper to taste - 1 lb celery, stalks and leaves, chopped - warm water (enough to cover meat in cooking pot) Directions- sauté garlic in olive oil, until golden, stirring
- remove garlic from pot and sauté meat, until golden brown, stirring - add sautéed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper - add water until meat is covered - cook, over medium, for about 30-40 minutes, or until meat is tender and water has evaporated (you may need to add water, in between, if the meat you are cooking requires longer cooking time). - Add celery and cook until tender, stirring once in a while. |
