Anchoviessmall fish, fried or grilled10 minutes to clean, 10 minutes to cook / 2-4 servingsSmall fish is said to be the safest choice when it comes to eating fish. The explanation is that it is too small and too young to have absorbed significant quantities of pollutants (toxins). And if you can eat it with the bones (make sure you chew well), you get lots of absorbable calcium.
