Ingredients- 1 small rabbit (about 2 pounds), cut into pieces
- 8 tblspoons olive oil - 5 cloves garlic - salt and pepper - water - 1 lb frozen string beans - sauté garlic in oil until golden brown - remove garlic from oil, using a holed dipper - add rabbit to oil and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring - mash sautéed garlic - add garlic, salt and pepper - add enough water to completely cover meat. - Boil, over medium, for about 60 minutes, or until tender (you may need to add water, or better yet you may cook in pressure cooker) - when all water is absorbed, remove meat from pot and add string beans - cook, over high, for about 5 minutes stirring and tossing Directions |
