Ingredients2kg chicken pieces
1/4 cup honey 2 teaspoons curry powder 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup oil DirectionsPlace chicken pieces in large dish. Combine honey, curry, soy sauce, water and oil in pan.
Heat until honey is melted, pour mixture over chicken. Marinate for several hours or refrigerate overnight. BBQ until cooked through. Baste frequently with the mixture. |
