Ingredients9 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 1 1/2 tablespoons gin DirectionsBlend or process kiwi fruit untill smooth. Push through a sieve. Stir in sugar, mint and gin.
Stir until sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate until cold. Makes 3 cups (750mls). |
