Ingredients1/2 cup (125mls) cream
1/4 cup (55gms) caster sugar 125gms dark chocolate, chopped 1 tablespoon brandy DirectionsCombine cream and sugar in pan. Stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar has dissolved.
Bring to boil, remove from heat. Add chocolate and brandy, stir until chocolate is melted and sauce has smooth texture. Makes 1 cup. |
