Ingredients- 4 egg whites
- 4 egg yolks - 4 rounded tblspoons sugar - ½ teaspoon salt - 1 ½ cups milk - 2 cups flour - optional – raisins or thinly sliced fruit - 4 tblspoons cornflower oil Directions- beat egg whites
- separately, mix egg yolks, salt and sugar and beat - add milk and flour, blend well - add beaten egg whites, and optional ingredients, blend well - in a large frying pan, heat oil - empty mixture to heated oil - stir and toss, like you would to make scrambled eggs, until mixture pieces golden brown serve with powdered sugar and/or honey or maple syrup on top |
