Ingredients- 2 tblspoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed nuts, such as raw blanched almonds, raw peanuts, raw hazel nuts, raw cashew nuts etc. - 1 teaspoon garam masala spice - ½ hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon salt Directions- in a large frying pan, heat up oil
- add nuts, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, stirring and tossing - add spices and continue stirring and tossing until nuts turn golden brown remove from pan and place on absorbent paper towel for a few minutes |
