Fried Chicken

Crispy, tasty, deep fried chicken

20 minutes marinade, 5-10 minutes frying / 2 servings

easy to make and tasty
better if you marinade overnight

Ingredients

- 8 drumsticks

- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tblspoons oil or margarine
- salt and black pepper to taste

- 4 tblspoons flour
- 4 tblspoons cornmeal (polenta)

- oil for deep frying

Directions

- beat eggs, Tabasco sauce, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper and margarine or oil
- marinade chicken, at least 5-10 minutes each side, better if longer.

- mix flour and cornmeal
- remove chicken from marinade, and press each piece against flour mix so as to cover well all sides.
- Deep fry, over high

serve warm
