Crab Cakescrab patties15-20 minutes / 2 servingsa wonderful delicacy

Ingredients- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tblspoon fresh parsley, finely minced - 1 ½ mayonnaise - 1 tblspoon Dijon mustard - ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - 12 oz crab meat, shredded (fresh if possible) - ½ cup cracker crumbs - 1 tblspoon melted butter oil for shallow frying Directions- mix all ingredients, except frying oil, and form 4 patties
- fry, slowly, over medium to low heat |
