- 2 oz fresh ginger root, chopped - 2 garlic cloves, chopped - 1 tblspoon fresh coriander, minced - 2 tblspoons salad oil (to sauté) group 2 - ¼ cup lime juice - ¼ cup salad oil - ½ teaspoon red chili powder group 3 fresh coriander to garnish Directions- sauté all group 1 ingredients for 4-5 minutes, stirring
- remove from pan and process in a food processor until creamy - using a spoon, mix group 1 and group 2 ingredients, stirring until mixture creamy - sprinkle over fresh coriander, minced |
