Ingredients- 2 fish fillets
- 1 lb fresh beets (roots and greens), cleaned and chopped - salt to taste - ginger sauce (see link) Directions- season fish with salt and broil, or grill or steam or fry fish
- boil beets, after you clean them and chop them, in plenty of water where you have added 1-2 teaspoons salt,for about 15 minutes - make ginger sauce (see link) - place cooked fish on platter - place cooked beets next to cooked fish - pour over sauce - sprinkle with fresh coriander |
