Fried riceFried rice & pineapple, red bell peppers, raisins, shrimp etc.Prep time 5-10 minutes, cooking time 15 minutes / 4-6 servingsa real tasty dish that also looks very good if you serve it in pinapple shells

IngredientsGroup 1
- 2 cloves garlic, minced - 3-4 green onions, chopped, including green parts - 3 tblspoons oil Group 2 - 5-6 slices ham, chopped - 3 carrots, chopped - 1 large red bell pepper, hopped - 2 tblspoons raisins - 1 handful small shrimp, shelled - 1 pineapple, cleaned and cubed (small pieces) - salt and black pepper to taste Group 3 - 3 cups cooked rice you may garnish with the herb of your choice and/or chopped peanuts Directions- place group 1 ingredients in frying pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes, sautéing
- add group 2 ingredients and continue sautéing for 5-6 minutes, stirring and tossing - add cooked rice and continue sautéing, stirring and blending, for 4-5 minutes you may serve in empty half shells of pineapple |
