IngredientsMarinade paste
- 1 lb yogurt - 2 fresh hot green peppers, seeded. - 2 garlic cloves - 3 tblspoons fresh coriander - rind of 2-3 limes - juice of 1 small lime - salt and black pepper to taste - 4 chicken fillets Directions- place all marinade ingredients in a food processor and turn to a paste
- spread some paste on a plate, place over it the chicken fillets, and apply over chicken fillets marinade paste. - Let stay for about 30 minutes - Grill or pan-sear marinated chicken fillets, over medium heat, until tender ( about 15 minutes) You may want to save some of the paste to serve it with the cooked chicken |
