Marmalade Pie

Homemade crust & marmalade pie

a tasty and fragrant pie.

Ingredients


- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tblspoons sugar
- 2 tblspoons vegetable oil
-rind grated off one lemon
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 can marmalade (12-14 oz)


Directions

- mix all ingredients, except marmalade, until the form a soft homogeneous dough
- place dough at the bottom of a 10 inch pie baking dish.
- using your palms, flatten and spread out dough until it reaches about the middle of the walls. (or, you may use a roller to do this).
- empty marmalade onto dough and spread around evenly.

If dough sheet is larger, you may fold over marmalade. Any dough crumbs left on the table, you may sprinkle over the marmalade.
