Salmon & zesty ginger-root sauceGrilled or fried salmon fillets and ginger / red bell pepper sauce15-20 minutesDemetri and I just cooked this one by simply using things we had at home.

Ingredients-2 salmon fillets - salt & black pepper to taste sauce - 3 tblspoons oil - 1 onion, chopped - 2 red bell peppers, cleaned and cut into strips - 1 tblspoon grated fresh ginger root - salt to taste - 100 ml thick cooking cream Directions- grill or shallow-fry salmon fillets
- sauté onion in oil for 3-4 minutes, stirring - add peppers and ginger root and continue sautéing, stirring, for 4-5 minutes - lower heat, add salt and cream, stir for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Serve with cooked salmon fillets, or cover salmon fillets with it. |
