Ingredients- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, cleaned and steamed or boiled
- 2-3 tblspoons olive oil - 1 small onion, shredded - 1 small red bell pepper, shredded - 1 small carrot, shredded - 1 tblspoon dry tarragon - 4 tblspoons thick cooking cream Directions- sauté onion in oil, 2-3 minutes
- add red pepper and carrots, continue sautéing for 4-5 minutes - add tarragon, salt and pepper, stir - add cream, stir for 2-3 minutes - pour sauce mix over steamed sprouts |
