Ingredientsgroup 1
- 1 lb fresh carrots, cleaned, trimmed and cut in thin strips group 2 - 2 tblspoons fresh mint, minced - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 2 tblspoons olive oil - 2 tblspoons lime juice - salt and black pepper to taste Directions- boil or steam carrots until tender but still firm, drain
- whisk group 2 ingredients, and pour over carrots |
