Ingredientsgroup 1
- 1 lb fresh carrots, cleaned, trimmed and cut in thin strips - ½ cup white wine - 1 teaspoon ground coriander - salt and cayenne pepper to taste - group 2 - juice of one small lime Directions- place all group 1 ingredients in pot, cover, and simmer over low heat for 6-8 min
- remove form heat, let stay for 3-4 min - pour over lime juice |
