- 1 small bunch arugula (or rocket), cleaned, pat dried, and chopped.
- 2 ripe tomatoes
group 2
- 2 tblspoons olive oil
- 2 tblspoons balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions

- whisk group 2 ingredients
- pour over group 1 ingredients
