Ingredients- 4 tblspoons olive oil
- 2 lb potatoes, semi-boiled in salty water, and halved or cubed - 8 oz frozen green peas - 2 tblspoons cilantro, minced - 1 teaspoon curry powder Directions- sauté semi-boiled potato chunks and green peas in olive oil, 4-5 min over medium
- add cilantro and curry, stir, cover pot and let cook over low for 8-10 minutes |
