Ingredientsgroup 1
- 2 lb potatoes, boiled in salty water, and halved or cubed if they are large group 2 - 1 cup yogurt - 1 cup cottage cheese - 1 teaspoon ground cumin group 3 - black pepper to taste - 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, minced Directions- mix group 2 ingredients in food processor until creamy and homogenized
- pour over potatoes (you may leave skin on if you scrub well before boiling) - sprinkle over pepper and cilantro |
