IngredientsGroup 1
- 2 cups cooked couscous (follow instructions on package) Group 2 - 2 tblspoons corn oil - 2 green onions, minced - 2 tblspoons pine nuts - 2 tblspoons dark raisins - ½ teaspoon tarragon - salt and pepper to taste Directions- place group ingredients in saucepan and sauté for 3-4 minutes
- empty mixture into bowl where you have the cooked couscous - mix well, allow to stay for at least 4-5 minutes before serving |
