IngredientsGroup 1
- 1 lb chicken breasts group 2 (sauce) - 4 tblspoons olive oil - 2 garlic cloves - 6-8 seeded olives - 1 can whole tomatoes (peeled) - 1 tblspoon capers - ½ teaspoon dried tarragon - salt and pepper to taste Directions- using a food processor mix all group 2 ingredients
- place chicken breasts on baking dish brush up side with sauce and broil - turn chicken breasts upside down, brush with sauce and broil other side - place remaining sauce on platter and then broiled chicken on top |
